1 and 2 Ton Overhead Cranes with Runways (#25153)

Project Description:

G .W. Becker, Inc. commissioned 4 new one ton cranes and 2 new two ton electrical overhead traveling cranes for an aerospace supplier in South Carolina. These new 3­motion, moderate service EOT cranes were designed to be utilized in the customer’s sonic testing area  and were installed on brand new runway systems (one runway of 120′ length and the second of 100′ length) specifically designed to accommodate these cranes. This turnkey project included the new EOT crane, runway design and manufacturing, runway electrification, and self­performing installation to meet all current applicable CMAA, OSHA, ANSI/ASME, and NEC specifications.
