Principal Manufacturing Engineer-Electrical

“I have worked in maintenance and engineering for 40 years and for the majority of that time I have been responsible for all aspects of EOT cranes.  Through the years I have worked with many crane companies for service, inspections, and upgrades and for the purchase of new equipment.  G.W. Becker, Inc. has been one of the best companies to work with because of the technical skills of their technicians, quality of the repairs and timely scheduling of planned and unplanned repairs.   G.W. Becker, Inc., has preformed inspections, planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, runway and crane upgrades.  We purchased a 3, 5, and 20 t on crane from them and had good success with their cranes.  Because of the relationship we had with G.W. Becker, Inc., over the years our cranes are reliable and in good repair.  I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good crane company.”

Electrician Foreman

“I want to thank you for your good service. As always when I call in for a part you have always followed up in a short period of time with a quote and lead time on that part. All of this has made my job easier especially when you have found obsolete parts which you have come through on for us here.  Please keep up the good work.”

Facilities Manager

“Being a heavy metals manufacturer in Western Pennsylvania, we employ over 60 bridge type cranes from 5 to 75 ton and an additional 200 plus jib cranes in our manufacturing processes.  Throughout the years we have used several crane companies for service repairs and inspections as well as newly constructed units.  G.W. Becker, Inc. was recently chosen over competitors to conduct our annual inspections and repairs on all of our cranes based on a long-term contract.  They have also been awarded a contract to build a new 20 ton unit for our site.  We have found G.W. Becker, Inc., to be the most price competitive, responsive and cooperative company within the crane industries servicing our area.  I would highly recommend them to all who have a need for services or for new replacement units.”
