CMAA Class C
Project Description:
Two (2) new 15-ton capacity, top-running, single girder bridge cranes equipped with a Shaw-Box electric wire rope hoist. Designed for indoor service within a 41°F to 104°F temperature range, the system is built in accordance with current industry standards including CMAA, ANSI/ASME, OSHA, and NEC for Class ‘C’ duty and ASME H4 hoist service.
Each crane spans over 53′ and provides a maximum lift height of 33′, engineered to deliver reliable, safe, and precise handling for daily operations.
Application Highlights:
The crane is operated primarily by radio control with two hand-held transmitters and includes a full-function ergonomic pendant as backup. Variable frequency control on the bridge provides smooth acceleration and deceleration, while DC disc brakes and limit protection ensure safe, consistent performance.
