Project Description:
One (1) new 5-ton capacity, top-running, single girder bridge crane designed for indoor service in a 60°F to 120°F ambient temperature range. Built to CMAA Class ‘C’ moderate service standards, this system delivers reliable and efficient performance for daily material handling applications. This project is part of a 12-crane order placed by a long-time customer, continuing a trusted partnership built on reliable performance and service.
The crane spans 39′ and provides a 20′ lift height, featuring precise pendant control operation and advanced drive technology for smooth and accurate movement.
Application Highlights:
Equipped with variable frequency control on the bridge and trolley and a flux vector drive on the hoist, this system ensures precise speed regulation and consistent load handling. AC disc brakes provide dependable stopping performance, while built-in safety features, including a siren warning system, enhance operational awareness and protection.
