Project Description:
G.W. Becker, Inc. commissioned three (3) new 15 ton top-running double girder overhead cranes for a roofing manufacturer in Western Pennsylvania. These 3-motion Class C service top-running double girder cranes were designed to service the injection molding line. They have a 48′ span and 24′ of lift. A 1/4 ton freestanding jib crane and hoist and a 30 ton capacity freestanding runway were also provided. This turnkey project included the new cranes, the 1/4 ton jib crane and the 30 ton freestanding runway to meet all current applicable CMAA, OSHA, ANSI/ASME and NEC specifications.
